We make ours in Halifax. That means production is scheduled by phase and floor, dates are confirmed in writing, and if a unit needs a replacement during deficiencies, it is days away, not weeks.

Do you supply window coverings for multi-unit residential buildings?
Yes. Atlantic Shades supplies unit packages for apartment, condominium and townhouse developments across Atlantic Canada, with consistent specs across every unit, phased production in our Halifax workshop and floor-by-floor installation.
When should window coverings be measured on a new build?
After windows are installed and drywall and trim are finished, but before final paint touch-ups where possible. We can price earlier from drawings and window schedules and confirm sizes at site measure.
Can you provide pre-wire specs for motorized shades?
Yes. We provide low-voltage wiring specifications for electricians so hardwired motorized shades can be planned during rough-in.
Can buyers choose upgrades?
Yes. We can set up a standard package plus an upgrade menu (blackout bedrooms, motorized living room, cellular for energy) that your sales team offers buyers.
