The content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are typical ranges, not quotes. Your written quote is the only binding price.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Because every blind and shade is made to measure, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and custom products cannot be returned for change of mind.
- A deposit is due when you approve your quote. The balance is due on installation.
Fit guarantee
If Atlantic Shades measured your windows and a product does not fit, we will remake it at no cost. This does not apply to products measured by the customer or a third party.
Warranty
Our warranty terms are set out on our warranty page and in your order documents.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
